Services. Jems Salon provides Blowout Service, Hair Color, Hair Extensions, Hair Straightening, Hair Treatment, Haircut and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Jems Salon and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Jems Salon may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. Jems Salon makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Jems Salon arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jems Salon from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. NJ law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NJ, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Jems Salon may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
